Key Responsibilities:
Acquire current customers for gold loans.
Generate leads through field activities and referrals.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Cross-sell company products where applicable.
Meet monthly sales and collection targets.
Requirements:
Graduate preferred.
1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably Gold Loan, NBFC, or Banking.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel locally for business development.
