This is not a desk only role. You will be expected to spend time on the field, meeting students, parents, schools, colleges and potential partners, while also handling cold calling, lead follow ups and admissions.

You'll work across outbound sales, field business development, student counselling, lead generation and admissions conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
Generate recent student leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, partnerships, events and direct outreach
Identify and approach schools, junior colleges, colleges, coaching centres, career counsellors and other relevant student networks
Conduct regular field visits and meetings with potential partners and student communities
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges and educational institutions
Identify current locations, communities and channels that can generate qualified student enquiries
Explore partnerships with organisations, businesses and individuals who can help generate student leads
Sales & Admissions
Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from prospective students
Understand a student's career goals, interests and requirements
Counsel stud
