Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales. N
At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams. N
Robust understanding ofGeneral Insurance products and sales processes. N
Experience in team handling, business development, and target achievement. N
Prior experience in agency, direct sales, or distribution channels will be preferred. N
Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory. N

n Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, andsupervise a team of field sales executives/advisors. N
Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. N
Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews. N




Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective execution of sales strategies. N
Support team members inlead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. N
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. N
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion in Solapur and nearby areas. N
