Perform manual and automated testing for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or other Salesforce-based e-commerce solutions.
Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality and functionality.
Utilize automation tools such as Selenium , Cypress , or WebDriverIO to build and maintain automation frameworks.
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman , REST Assured , and Swagger .
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure testing coverage aligns with requirements.
Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins , GitHub Actions , GitLab CI/CD , or Azure DevOps .
Write and maintain test automation scripts using Java , JavaScript , or Python .
Use test management tools such as JIRA , Zephyr ,



or TestRail for defect tracking and test reporting.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies , contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.

Requirements:
Solid understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies .
Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) testing.
Familiarity with Agile development processes and continuous integration.
Excellent analytical , debugging , and problem-solving skills.
Robust verbal and written communication abilities.
