Mortgage Servicing Customer & Account Servicing Account Maintenance and Demographic Updates Borrower Correspondence Management Complaint Resolution and Research Requests Mortgage Documentation Review Account Research and Analysis Payment Processing and Servicing Support Ensuring adherence to investor and regulatory guidelines

Bankruptcy Operations Bankruptcy Setup and Case Maintenance Review and Processing of Bankruptcy Notices and Legal Documents Monitoring Bankruptcy Timelines and Milestones Servicing System Updates and Account Maintenance Coordination with Attorneys, Trustees, Vendors, and Internal Stakeholders Ensuring compliance with Bankruptcy Regulations, Investor, and Client Requirements Maintaining accurate documentation and case records
