Junior Career Counsellor
who is confident, energetic and interested in helping students make informed career decisions.
What You'll Do
Handle incoming student enquiries Make counselling and follow-up calls Understand students' career goals and requirements Conduct initial career counselling Convert qualified leads into campus counselling visits Assist with face-to-face counselling and course presentations Follow up with prospective students and parents Learn and apply objection-handling and closing techniques Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records Take ownership of assigned leads from
Lead → Visit → Admission
Team Target
The initial Chandigarh team goal is:
400–450 leads → 60+ counselling visits → 15+ paid admissions/month You will progressively take ownership of your assigned leads, counselling pipeline and admission goals.
What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal communication skills Confidence while speaking with students and parents Strong listening and interpersonal skills Interest in sales, counselling or education Good follow-up discipline Positive and energetic attitude Target-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and accept feedback Comfortable making regular counselling and follow-up calls Comfortable working full-time and in office in Chandigarh
Previous counselling or sales experience is helpful, but robust freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
