We are looking for an experienced Retail Head to lead and scale our retail business. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in multi-store retail operations, sales, inventory management, team leadership, and business growth, preferably in mobiles or consumer electronics.

Key Responsibilities Drive overall retail sales, revenue, profitability & store-wise targets. Lead and manage multi-store retail operations and ensure SOP compliance. Manage Store Managers, Sales Executives & retail teams and drive productivity. Monitor inventory, stock ageing, stock movement & reconciliation. Work closely with Procurement, QC & Warehouse teams to maintain the right product mix and availability. Drive customer experience, conversion, upselling & repeat business. Track key metrics such as sales, margins, ATV, conversion, inventory turnover & store productivity. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing and customer demand. Identify prospects for recent store expansion and business growth. Build scalable retail processes and continuously improve store performance.
