About the Job

Blueways Water Solutions is a growing water treatment company based in Guwahati, with 10+ years of execution across Northeast India — STP, ETP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, and O&M.; We’ve built a robust project pipeline. The gap we’re filling is conversion ownership: someone who can run a client interaction end-to-end, from first site visit to signed proposal, without the founder in the room.

This is not a support role. You will be the primary commercial interface for recent enquiries. Your output will be measured in one thing: qualified proposals that close.

What You Will Own
Site visits and client meetings — independently, within 30–60 days of joining
Requirement capture — understand project scope, translate it into a clear brief for the technical team
Proposal follow-up — own the pipeline from submission to decision without waiting to be reminded
Relationship building with architects, PMCs, builders, and industrial clients across the region
Maintain and update CRM — lead status,



next action, expected close
Identify and develop new enquiry sources — consultant networks, referrals, site-level intelligence

Who We Are Looking For
2–5 years in technical B2B sales — water treatment, MEP, HVAC, construction materials, or similar
Comfortable walking into a site, an architect’s office, or an industrial facility
Can hold a technical conversation — you don’t need to design a plant, but you need to ask the right questions
Follows up without being chased — this is the single most significant trait we screen for
Based in Guwahati or willing to relocate; comfortable with regional travel across Northeast India

Good to Have
Prior exposure to STP, ETP, or WTP projects
Existing network with architects, PMCs, or real estate developers in the region
Comfortable with basic tools: Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business
