The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Oracle Database administration, performance tuning, high availability solutions, and hands-on experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain .

nKey Responsibilities
n
n
Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle Database environments.n
Perform database performance tuning at the query, database, and memory levels.n
Manage Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, GoldenGate, Exadata, Backup & Recovery, and High Availability solutions.n
Implement and support Oracle Database High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures.n
Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and resolve performance bottlenecks.n
Support mission-critical production databases with high availability and minimal downtime.n
Manage escalated technical issues and drive timely resolution.n
Collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams to resolve complex database issues.n
Identify opportunities for automation and proactive database improvements.n
Maintain database security and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.n

Solid experience with Oracle Database 11g, 12c, and newer versions.n
