About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with hands-on Meta Ads experience to manage campaigns for a high-ticket client. This is a part time, remote chance perfect if you want to build additional income alongside your current full-time role. We actively encourage candidates to continue their full-time job while working with us.
What You'll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for a high-ticket client
Monitor performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS) and continuously refine targeting, creatives, and budgets
Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and audiences
Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Collaborate closely with the client to align on goals and strategy
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns
Proven track record managing budgets and driving measurable results
Strong analytical skills, comfortable reading data and making decisions from it
Experience with high-ticket offers/clients is a plus
Interview Process
Introductory Call - Get to know each other, understand mutual fit
Domain Knowledge Round - Deep dive into your Meta Ads expertise
Final Interview - Final discussion and role alignment
Compensation Structure
Trial Period: ₹15,000/month (part-time, remote)
Post-Trial: ₹60,000/month (part time, remote)
