Business Development Executive – IT - UK/Europe Staffing

n Job Summary
nSharpAtoms is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our US Staffing business.
nYou’ll be working with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs , bringing in current clients, closing agreements, and building long-term business.
nThis role is for someone who understands the US staffing space and knows how to turn conversations into real opportunities.

n Key Responsibilities

Reach out to and connect with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs n
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and your existing network n
Handle the full sales cycle — from first conversation to MSA/vendor onboarding and closure n
Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers and vendor managers n
Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure requirements are fulfilledn
Grow accounts and drive repeat businessn
Keep a consistent pipeline and follow up regularlyn

Build a solid pipeline and keep it movingn
Turn conversations into signed agreements (MSA/vendor onboarding)n
Start getting requirements from clients early onn
Bring in and grow a few active client accountsn
Maintain consistency in adding recent businessn

n What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in UK/Europe IT staffing business development n
Good understanding of MSP/VMS, direct clients, and GCCs n
Strong communication and relationship-building skillsn
Ability to manage the sales cycle independentlyn
Self-driven and comfortable working with targetsn

n Good to Have

Existing contacts with MSPs, hiring managers, or GCC stakeholders n
Experience in client acquisition and closures n
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, etc. n
