Job Description

Reporting to the head of operations you will:
Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary engineering organisation.
Take overall accountability for the correctness, completeness and timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
Direct, advise, monitor and control individual engineering discipline teams.
Coordinate with multiple design engineering consultants, OEMs, technology suppliers and EPC/project partners.
Ensure robust engineering processes, design reviews, completeness checks and approval mechanisms are established.
Review engineering deliverables at a leadership/sanity-check level and ensure appropriate technical governance rather than independently approving every engineering package.
Support finalisation of technical specifications and evaluation of engineering/technical solutions.




Ensure engineering outputs are aligned with construction requirements and delivered within project timelines.
Provide leadership and intervention wherever engineering packages, interfaces or deliverables are delayed or technically challenged.
Contribute to technology/equipment selection, constructability, material flow, cost effectiveness and optimisation of engineering solutions.
