Job Description
Own the complete business P&L; and deliver sustainable revenue growth while maintaining profitability
Develop and execute business and sales strategies to increase market penetration and accelerate growth.
Lead large cross-functional teams across sales, design, operations, and project execution.
Drive operational excellence through process optimisation and scalable improvements.
Monitor key business metrics including sales conversion, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
Partner with marketing, finance, product, and central functions to achieve business objectives.
Build a culture of accountability, customer centricity, and continuous improvement.




Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and business performance insights.
Strengthen stakeholder relationships and ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
10 to 15 years of experience in business management, general management, sales leadership, business development, or operations leadership
Proven track record of managing P&L; responsibility and delivering profitable growth
Solid expertise in sales strategy, business planning, revenue management, and operational execution
Demonstrated success in leading large cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, financial, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting with a hands-on leadership style
Experience in scaling operations and driving process improvements
Postgraduate degree from a premier business school preferred
