Job Description
Drive sales and business development activities for specialty chemicals and composite materials.
Identify, develop, and convert recent business opportunities across target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, manufacturers, and key stakeholders.
Develop strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
Monitor industry trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with suppliers and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Lead commercial negotiations, quotations, and contract discussions.
Provide sales forecasts, business reviews, and market intelligence reports.




Represent the organisation at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in specialty chemicals, composites, industrial materials, or chemical distribution.
Strong background in B2B sales, trading, distribution, sourcing, or business development.
Demonstrated success in developing new customers and growing business portfolios.
Solid commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
