nThe Sales Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai (West Zone). This role is responsible for:

Driving sales of security services by identifying recent business opportunitiesn




Meeting prospective clients and presenting tailored security solutionsn

nDay-to-day responsibilities include

Lead Generationn
Managing the sales pipelinen
Preparing proposalsn
Negotiating contractsn
Achieving revenue targetsn

nThe role also involves tracking market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and providing regular sales performance reports to leadership.

nQualifications

Solid skills in sales developmentn
1–2 years of experience in security services, facilities management, or related industriesn
Proficiency in basic business toolsn
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skillsn

nA bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in sales and security services will be considered.
