N Position Summar
nyThe Area Sales Manager (ASM) is in charge of the Nestasia Business in his/her Territory (South & West), and reports directly to the Founder. The ASM manages all sales-generating activities and relationships in order to grow EBO and store in store sales in the assigned territory. The key role is to increase top-line sales revenue while following strict brand guidelines in terms of profitability (promotional rebates) and brand visibility (approved artworks and merchandise items). The ASM will be a leader who can train, lead-by-example and motivate the sales organization to execute the planned activities and deliver the expected results
N .Duties and responsibilitie

sHire, train and maintain workforce to operate the Nestasia owned EBO N
sManage inventory, compute stock movement and optimal placement in the EBO N
sCoordinate with the logistics and category team N




sExecute partnerships with stores in order to grow the portfolio of Nestasia products in the assigned territor N
yApply a sales strategyto target key markets and establish a dominant presence in the territory;
execute promotional programs and activities with key partner N
sManage sales forecastsand budgets to achieve established goals to deliver profitable growth for assigned Operating Unit N
sManage sales reportingobligations in a timely manner to include frequent sales updates, pricing surveys, etc N
.Keep abreast and report on products, categories, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trend N
sAssist in recent store opening N
