We are looking for a responsible and experienced Driver to join our team.
Requirements:
Age: 30 to 50 years
Minimum 2 years of driving experience
Valid driving license
Excellent driving skills and road safety awareness
Must be able to drive pickup vehicles and 6-wheel heavy trucks
Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
Punctual, disciplined, and qualified in conduct
Salary & Advantages:
Salary: ₹22,000 per month
Daily allowance of ₹200 for each day worked
4 paid leaves per month
All company vehicles are equipped with air-conditioned (AC) cabins for driver comfort
Leave Policy:
Employees are entitled to 4 paid leaves per month.
Any leave beyond the permitted 4 days will be treated as unpaid and the corresponding salary will be deducted.
If additional leave is required, the employee should arrange a suitable replacement driver,
subject to company approval.
Job Responsibilities:
Protected and timely transportation of goods
Proper care and maintenance of vehicles
Compliance with traffic rules and company policies
Assisting with loading and unloading of goods when required
Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and
required documentation
