We are looking for a motivated and skilled Boutique Manager - Sales with 2 to 3 years of experience to lead our boutique in Namchi, South Sikkim. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Oversee daily sales operations, set sales targets, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed those goals. You will analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage boutique staff. You will be responsible for creating a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, and fostering staff development.
Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained. Engage with customers, address their needs, and handle any complaints effectively to enhance their shopping experience.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and manage inventory. You will coordinate with suppliers to ensure the boutique is well-stocked with high-quality products.
Visual Merchandising:



Plan and execute attractive product displays that align with the brand's image. Ensure the boutique’s layout is inviting and aesthetically pleasing to attract customers.
