Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Strategic Planning: Develop strategic account plans that outline goals, initiatives, and timelines to enhance the client’s experience and loyalty.

Required Skills and Expectations:
You should have a bachelor’s degree and 3 to 8 years of experience in account management or sales. Solid communication and negotiation skills are crucial, along with the ability to build rapport with clients. You should be analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in using CRM software.
