Key Responsibilities:

Managing the Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment journey from initial contact to offer acceptance.
You will need to keep track of candidates' progress and maintain clear records.
Building a Talent Pool: Continuously expand a database of potential candidates for future roles. Networking and relationship-building will be key in developing this talent pool.
