We are looking for a Tour Manager to join our team in Jhansi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning and executing various travel itineraries for our clients. Your ability to organize, communicate, and manage will ensure that our tours run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan Tour Itineraries: Design and organize detailed travel plans, including accommodation, transport, and activities, to meet clients' needs and preferences.
Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide updates on tour arrangements.
In office Management: Oversee tours in real-time, assisting clients with any issues or concerns, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout the trip.
Coordination with Service Providers: Liaise with hotels, transport companies, and local guides to confirm bookings and negotiate rates for the best possible service.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage tour expenses to stay within budget while providing high-quality services to clients.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management skills, enabling them to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills are necessary for engaging with clients and service providers effectively. A friendly and approachable demeanor will help in building positive relationships with clients. Basic problem-solving skills are essential for addressing any issues that arise during tours.
