nWe are seeking an experienced and business-oriented Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel to act as a trusted strategic partner for a key commercial business division within a leading multinational healthcare organization.

nKey Responsibilities:

n1. Legal Support & Commercial Governance
n
n
Provide day-to-day, practical legal advice to business leadership on commercial, regulatory, and operational matters.n
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including commercial agreements, procurement, tenders, service contracts, and healthcare provider (HCP/HCO) agreements.n
Identify legal and regulatory risks in business initiatives and propose pragmatic mitigation measures.n
Monitor evolving local and international regulations affecting the healthcare industry and translate them into actionable business guidance.n

n2. Healthcare Compliance Frameworks
n
n




Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the global compliance and ethics program within the division.n
Review and explicit high-risk business activities, including sponsorships, grants, advisory boards, medical events, and interactions with healthcare specialists (HCPs).n
Conduct third-party compliance due diligence and risk monitoring.n
Deliver compliance communications and training programs covering anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and codes of conduct.n

nProfile Requirements
n

n
Education: Minimum LLB degree from a recognized university.n
Experience: 5 to 10+ years of progressive in-house legal experience, with a mandatory background in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.n
