n Position Summar
nyThe Area Sales Manager (ASM) is in charge of the Nestasia Business in his/her Territory (South & West), and reports directly to the Founder. The ASM manages all sales-generating activities and relationships in order to grow EBO and store in store sales in the assigned territory. The key role is to increase top-line sales revenue while following strict brand guidelines in terms of profitability (promotional rebates) and brand visibility (approved artworks and merchandise items). The ASM will be a leader who can train, lead-by-example and motivate the sales organization to execute the planned activities and deliver the expected results
n .Duties and responsibilitie

sHire, train and maintain workforce to operate the Nestasia owned EBOn
sManage inventory, compute stock movement and optimal placement in the EBOn
sCoordinate with the logistics and category teamn




sExecute partnerships with stores in order to grow the portfolio of Nestasia products in the assigned territorn
yApply a sales strategy to target key markets and establish a dominant presence in the territory; execute promotional programs and activities with key partnern
sManage sales forecasts and budgets to achieve established goals to deliver profitable growth for assigned Operating Unitn
sManage sales reporting obligations in a timely manner to include frequent sales updates, pricing surveys, etcn
.Keep abreast and report on products, categories, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trendn

eAt least 5 years of sales experience in retail, Wholesaler, or Distributor sales workplace- Home / FMCG / Fashion industries preferren
