We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer Location: Okhla, Current Delhi Experience: 1–2 Years Salary: Up to ₹32,000/month Joining: Immediate We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at The Wimpy’s Wrath. What we’re looking for: - 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience - Agency experience is preferred - Experience working on multiple brands and projects at the same time - Should be based in Delhi - Valuable knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other qualified design tools - Good communication skills and the ability to understand briefs, discuss ideas, and communicate clearly with the team - Basic to good understanding of AI and AI tools - Open to learning recent tools, software, and design styles - Comfortable taking feedback and working with a team Design experience we’re looking for: You should have hands-on experience working across different types of design requirements, including: - Social Media Creatives: Designing content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms - Ad Creatives: Creating static, carousel, and other visual creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaigns - Campaign Creatives:



Developing a consistent visual direction for campaigns and adapting it across different formats - Carousels: Designing multi-slide social media carousels with good layouts, typography, and visual flow - Static Creatives: Designing regular social media posts, announcements, promotional posts, offers, and other brand content - Branding: Experience working on brand identities, including logos, typography, colour palettes, visual direction, brand guidelines, and related brand assets - Print Designs: Designing brochures, flyers, posters, standees, packaging, business cards, and other print-ready materials You should be comfortable switching between different brands and understanding that every brand may require a completely different design style. Work Details: - Work from office: Okhla, New Delhi - Monday to Saturday - Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM - Alternate Saturdays: Work From Home - Probation period: 6 months - Hybrid work option available after completing 6 months - Salary: Up to ₹32,000/month, depending on experience and skills Immediate joiners will be preferred.
