nAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a seasoned Technical Delivery/Program Manager to own and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, enterprise Microsoft technology programs. This is a high-visibility role for someone who has led complex, multi-workstream engineering programs — someone equally comfortable in a stakeholder steering committee and a sprint planning session. You'll sit at the intersection of technical depth and delivery leadership, directly shaping outcomes for a marquee Microsoft technology engagement.

End-to-end delivery of the program across multiple concurrent workstreams — scope, timelines, quality, and outcomesn
Engineering leadership — guide teams to consistent, high-quality,



on-time deliveryn
Agile execution — drive sprint planning, release planning, and governance across Agile/Scrum and Protected frameworksn
Risk & escalation management — proactively manage scope, dependencies, risks, and escalations before they become blockersn
Stakeholder orchestration — be the connective tissue between customer stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teamsn
Delivery metrics — monitor KPIs across productivity, quality, and resource utilization, and act on what the data tells youn
Governance & compliance — ensure engineering best practices, security, and compliance standards are consistently metn
Continuous improvement — champion process excellence and operational efficiency across the programn
People leadership — mentor Team Leads and build bench strength within the engineering organizationn
Executive communication — deliver crisp, regular status
