Job Description:
Department: Production
Location: Manufacturing Plant
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification:
B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry or Diploma/B.E./B.Tech Chemical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily/shift-wise production plans and batch scheduling.
Handle batch reactor, reaction, distillation, filtration, extraction & drying operations.
Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, pH and reaction time.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, BMR, GMP/ISO and safety procedures.
Coordinate with QC/QA, Maintenance, Stores and Safety teams.
Supervise operators/helpers and manage shift activities.
Maintain BMR, production, yield and shift handover reports.
Monitor RM consumption, yield, wastage and process efficiency.
