ER&D; / Engineering Services Sales expertise with solid focus on Hybrid Cloud Solution, Compute platforms/ servers, Storage & Network products.n
Proven track record of owning and delivering revenue growth targets in large, complex ER&D; engagements.n
Robust industry relationships with R&D; and Skilled Services customers across above product linesn
Experience selling end‐to‐end ER&D; services & Customer Engineering/ Professional Services.n
Ability to build and expand strategic customer relationships and influence large deal decisions.n
nGood-to-Have:

Strong consultative selling mindset—shaping customer roadmaps rather than responding to RFPs.n
Solid understanding of one or more of below ER&D; value chains:n
Networks: Protocol stacks, embedded systems, network management, cloud‐native networking, 5G/Edge.n
Semiconductors: Silicon engineering, embedded software, firmware, validation, post‐silicon, and system integration.n
Software Products: Product lifecycle management, platform engineering, cloud/SaaS, DevOps, sustenance and modernization.n
