We are seeking experienced and dynamic Vendor Development to join our company Boatload Minds Private Limited. As a Vendor Developer, you will be responsible for handling a team and customizing the solutions for the growth of the Organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Vendor Development, Procurement, or
Supply Chain (freshers with robust interest may also apply).
Basic knowledge of manufacturing sector (Sheet Metal, Plastic & Rubber
materials preferred).
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn vendor selection, evaluation, and management processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities




Assist in identifying and evaluating potential vendors based on company requirements.
Support the onboarding process of current vendors under senior guidance.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, samples, and basic documentation.
Maintain and update vendor databases and records.
Assist in monitoring vendor performance and escalate issues to senior team members.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Learn and support vendor negotiation, contract handling, and cost analysis activities.
Stay updated with basic industry trends, materials, and vendor practices
