Job Summary (List Format) Pre-Legal (Real Estate)
Conduct legal due diligence for land acquisition and real estate projects.
Verify and scrutinize all property documents and land records.
Coordinate with internal teams, advocates, and external stakeholders for document collection and verification.
Ensure completion and accuracy of legal documents prior to registration or acquisition.
Maintain and update legal records, trackers, and MIS reports.
Liaise with Sub-Registrar Offices, Revenue Departments, CMDA/DTCP, and other statutory authorities for approvals and documentation.
Identify and escalate legal risks and discrepancies in property documentation.
Support legal team during the land acquisition and project approval process.
Ensure legal compliance for all real estate transactions.
