Team handling and management.

Contacting customers through phone calls, emails, and personal meetings.
Explaining personal loan products and advantages to prospective customers.
Assessing customer requirements and recommending suitable loan solutions.
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Guiding customers through the loan application process.
Collecting and verifying required documentation.
