The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical data coding and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Review and analyze clinical trial data to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and implement effective data management plans to ensure data quality and integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement recent data systems and processes.
Provide training and support to junior staff members on data coding procedures and best practices.




Participate in quality control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation of data coding procedures and standards.

Job Requirements
