Responsibilities
Provide personalized banking solutions and financial advice to high-net-worth clients
Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their financial goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated wealth management solutions
Maintain a thorough understanding of the banks products, services, and industry regulations
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives




Achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to the banks compliance and risk management policies

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs
Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial software applications
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets
Commitment to continuous learning and career development
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace
