We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Associate to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and be able to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the production process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.




Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or pharmacy.
Proven experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting and lead when necessary.
Familiarity with quality control measures and analytical techniques.
