We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Sales Executive to assist customers, drive store sales, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their requirements.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Demonstrate product features and benefits.
Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock counting.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
Required QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in retail sales (Furniture, Home, Electronics, Lifestyle, Apparel, or similar retail industry preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
