Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering
Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production activities and targets.
Improve manufacturing processes, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality, and Stores teams.
Monitor machine performance and resolve production issues.
Maintain production reports and records.
Ensure quality and safety standards are followed.
Support machinery installation, testing, and commissioning.
Guide shop-floor teams and support process improvements.

Quality & Problem-Solving Skills
Understanding of AutoCAD and Engineering Drawings
MS Excel and Production Reporting
Team Coordination
Experience in machine manufacturing will be preferred.
