Job ResponsibilitiesManage inventory records for warehouse and stores.
Handle stock inwarding, GRN, transfers and returns.
Maintain accurate stock in ERP/POS system.
Coordinate inter-store stock movement.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconciliation.
Track stock ageing, shortages and excess inventory.
Prepare daily/weekly inventory MIS reports.
Coordinate with Stores, Buying, Warehouse and Accounts teams.
Ensure all stock movements are properly documented and updated in the system.
