Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions related to logistics operations.
Handle logistics billing, freight invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Verify transporter, freight, and logistics-related invoices.
Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and payment summaries.
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Coordinate with logistics, purchase, dispatch, and finance teams.
Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely settlements.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain accurate accounting records and support audits.
RequirementsB.Com/M.Com or relevant qualification.
4–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in Logistics/Transportation/Manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounting activities independently.
