Must-Have
5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM , etc.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, and business rules.
Hands-on experience in creating ServiceNow workflows, UI actions, and notifications.
Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and other integration tools.
Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery tools.
Valuable understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.
