Roles and Responsibilities :
Handle bulk hiring for Oil & Gas, refinery, shutdown/turnaround projects.
Hire engineers, technical & blue-collar manpower.
Source candidates through Naukri, social media, referrals & other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per project requirements.
Manage multiple positions and high-volume hiring targets.
Coordinate with stakeholders for timely closures.
Job Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in bulk/mass hiring.
Minimum 30 hires per month with proven high-volume hiring capability.
Experience hiring for Oil & Gas, refinery, shutdown/turnaround projects preferred.
Solid sourcing and candidate management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable with WFH and occasional travel.
