Develop 818 layer multilayer PCB layouts using Cadence Allegro.
Apply industry-standard PCB layout practices for high-speed and mixed-signal designs.
Support Signal Integrity (SI) analysis and implement controlled-impedance routing.
Route high-speed interfaces including DDR, PCIe, Gigabit Ethernet, CAN, and similar protocols.
Implement best practices for crosstalk, signal integrity, impedance control, EMI/EMC and power integrity.
Apply DFM, DFA and DFT requirements throughout the PCB design process.
Review PCB designs for manufacturability, assembly feasibility and production readiness.
Coordinate with PCB fabricators and assembly teams to resolve manufacturing and assembly-related issues.
Support PCB stack-up definition and optimization based on electrical, mechanical and manufacturing requirements.
Create and maintain schematic symbols, PCB footprints/package symbols and component libraries.
Generate, review and validate Gerber, ODB++, drill files and other manufacturing outputs.
Collaborate closely with Hardware, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality and other cross-functional teams.
