Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business through travel agents, tour operators, and booking partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitality and travel industry clients.
Conduct client meetings and hotel presentations.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and business agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent guest service and client satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
4–5 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development is mandatory.
Solid network within the travel and hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
