About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across functions. You will work closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and onboard top talent aligned with our culture and growth goals.

Reports to : Head - People, Talent & Culture

What you will do
Manage full-cycle recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer, and onboarding coordination
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring criteria
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview panels
Maintain and update the ATS/recruitment tracker regularly
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process




Track key hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix)
Support employer branding initiatives

What we are looking for
2–5 years of recruitment experience (in-house preferred)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar platforms
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
