Qualification
Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Counter Sales / Retail Sales / Customer Service
Telecom or Retail experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
Attend and assist walk-in customers at the Airtel Store.
Promote and sell Airtel products such as Prepaid, Postpaid, Broadband, DTH, and Accessories.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Complete KYC and documentation for recent activations and upgrades.
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a positive customer experience.
