Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise on Workday Functional, including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Perks, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Learning & Development modules.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design solutions using Workday products.
Develop test scripts for testing recent features and enhancements in Workday products.
Troubleshoot issues related to Workday implementation projects and provide resolutions.
Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to improve process efficiency.
