Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Cyber Towers, Madhapur, Hi-Tech City Hyderabad (In office-WFO)
Work Timings: Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Market and manage bench consultants effectively
Maintain and update an active bench list
Solid expertise in placing CPT, OPT EAD, H1B & H1B Transfer consultants
Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors
Generate and track a high volume of requirements
Identify and capture recent market opportunities
Develop new business with Tier-1 vendors
Maintain and regularly update vendor databases
Create vendor databases client-wise and region-wise
Look for stability and someone who has closed positions recently.
