Role & responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and online research.
Identify and connect with U.S. medical practices, physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
Reach decision-makers such as Practice Managers, Physicians, Billing Managers, and Administrators.
Understand prospects medical billing and RCM challenges, including AR, denials, rejections, underpayments, and claim follow-ups.
Conduct outbound calls, qualify prospects, handle objections, and schedule qualified meetings.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential healthcare clients.
Follow up consistently through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly lead generation, appointment-setting, and business development targets.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to move qualified opportunities toward closure.





Preferred candidate profile
2-4years of experience in BDE, B2B sales, lead generation, or healthcare sales.
Experience in Medical Billing / RCM sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Solid cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable communicating with U.S. healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM platforms, and lead-generation tools.
Basic understanding of medical billing, AR, denials, claims, and RCM is an advantage.
Target-oriented, confident, self-motivated, and consistent with follow-ups.
Robust ability to build relationships and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
