This role supports Oracle SaaS AFCS and Banking Cloud operations, with emphasis on batch monitoring, incident triage, integrations and foundational automation using ONM, OIC and AI-enabled capabilities.

Key responsibilities
Monitor AFCS batch processing across Production and UAT, operational dashboards and Slack alert channels.
Identify failed, delayed and long-running jobs; validate batch progress against established service-level objectives.
Perform first-level incident triage and provide transparent, timely updates in the designated operational channel.
Create, track and coordinate service requests in Oracle Support; capture job details,
business impact, workplace/POD and current status.
Support Command Center / OC3 escalations with complete information, including SR number, job ID, affected POD and impact statement.
Maintain shift handovers, open-alert tracking, support rosters and operational documentation.
Develop and maintain OIC integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations and basic error-handling workflows.
Use ONM capabilities to improve monitoring, notifications, alert routing and operational visibility.
Support AI-based operational solutions such as alert summarization, incident classification, knowledge retrieval and recommended next actions.
Collaborate with product support, SRE, infrastructure, business users and customer teams through resolution.
