Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related quantitative field.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in ETL testing, data warehouse testing, or database quality assurance.
SQL Proficiency: Advanced SQL skills (subqueries, window functions, CTEs, complex joins, stored procedures, performance tuning).
Data Warehousing Knowledge: Solid understanding of dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake schema), OLAP concepts, normalization/denormalization and data lineage.
ETL Tool Familiarity: Hands-on experience working with or Testing pipelines built with tools such as Informatica/ Talend/ SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), AWS Glue or dbt.
RDBMS & Data Platforms: Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and up-to-date Cloud Data Warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks.)
Defect & Test Management: Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, HP ALM/Quality Center or Zephyr.
Experience in the healthcare domain, project execution, and/or knowledge of HL7 or FHIR standards and regulations would be an added advantage.
