4+ years of experience in Application Production Support / Production Support.
Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Hands-on experience with Kafka / Confluent Kafka.
Solid Linux/Unix troubleshooting skills.
Experience troubleshooting production incidents independently.
Experience with Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus or PagerDuty.
Valuable knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL.
Experience with incident management, RCA and ticketing systems.
Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Shell.
Willingness to work in rotational 24x7 shifts.
Note: Candidates without AKS, Kafka, or Linux experience are also encouraged to apply, provided they have solid Application Production Support and troubleshooting experience.
