About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Sr. Associate Video Editor who

can take ownership of advanced editing, elevate creative quality, and drive impact through

compelling storytelling. This role goes beyond execution—you’ll play a key part in mentoring

juniors and collaborating closely with strategists to deliver high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead advanced video editing and overall creative quality across projects
- Execute high-volume ad edits with strong attention to detail and speed
- Handle complex edits, including layered storytelling, motion elements, and sound design
- Ensure strong pacing, narrative flow, and storytelling quality across all outputs
- Create and optimize multiple content variations for different platforms
- Work closely with strategists to align creatives with performance goals
- Guide and mentor junior editors, ensuring consistency and quality standards
- Maintain fast turnaround times while managing multiple high-priority projects
- Continuously iterate creatives based on performance insights and metrics

What We’re Looking For

- 3–4 years of experience (Freelance / Agency background preferred)
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro,



After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Bonus: Experience with Final Cut Pro
- Strong short-form storytelling skills (cuts, transitions, pacing, sound & visual sync)
- Proven ability to improve creative performance metrics through editing and iteration
- Experience handling complex editing projects and high-volume workflows
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- Strong understanding of content trends, including animation and emerging formats

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
